Our Catering Service
Timberdoodle Lodge offers in-house catering using our commercial kitchen and local chef network. We cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, hunting camp meals, corporate retreats, and private events throughout the UP, Wisconsin, and Lower Michigan.
Menu Styles
Northwoods Fare
Hearty pot roasts, UP pasties, Lake Superior whitefish, wild rice, chokecherry desserts.
Classic American
Prime rib, roasted chicken, baked potato bar, caesar salad, apple pie.
Barbecue
Smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken, cornbread, baked beans, slaw.
Buffet Service
Multi-course buffets for larger groups. 2-3 proteins, 4+ sides, dessert station.
Plated Service
Multi-course plated meals for weddings and formal dinners. Choice of entree.
Breakfast Service
Hot breakfast buffet or made-to-order plates for groups.
Special Requirements
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, kosher, and most other dietary needs can be accommodated with notice. Allergies clearly communicated at menu planning will be handled with care.
Rehearsal Dinners & Rehearsal Breakfasts
We specialize in multi-event weddings. A typical wedding weekend might include Thursday rehearsal dinner, Friday welcome dinner, Saturday wedding reception, and Sunday farewell brunch — all catered by one team.
Off-Site Catering
We cater off-site events across Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and Lower Michigan. Mobile setup for weddings in nearby venues, corporate meetings in town, hunting cabins, and private residences. Minimum guest count applies.
