I have been to many lodges in my life, and I do not think that any of them can hold a candle to Timberdoodle. The setting is beautiful, the lodge is very well appointed and comfrortable, and I am not exaggerating when I say that the food is as good as you could hope to get in any restaurant. Plus, the wood-fired sauna is just what the doctor ordered after a long day of hunting.
Even though I live over 600 miles away, in the heart of pheasant country, this is the one hunting trip every year that I absolutely refuse to miss."
